Verified vendors and brands, onboarded and reviewed before a single product goes live. Browse by category, brand or style edit — men's wear, kids' wear and seasonal picks.
Live shopping
Watch hosts show pieces in real time, ask questions in chat, and add what you see straight to your cart without leaving the stream.
Honest product pages
Multiple images, size charts, delivery estimates for your pincode, seller details and verified buyer reviews — before you commit.
Pay the way you prefer
Pay online, or choose cash on delivery where it is available. Every order comes with an invoice you can download once it arrives.
Orders you can follow
Status from confirmation through shipping to delivery, push notifications at every step, and self-service cancellation before dispatch.
Returns that aren't a fight
A 7-day return window from delivery, with photo evidence supported in-app and refunds paid back automatically to the original payment method.
Wallet, coupons & gift cards
Track your wallet balance and transaction history, redeem coupons at checkout, and buy or use gift cards — all inside the app.
Support that answers
Raise a support ticket in-app and follow the conversation in one thread, instead of chasing a reply across email.

Permissions, and why
HeStylz asks for the minimum, and asks at the moment the feature is used — never all at once on first launch.
