Zero tolerance
Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor results in immediate removal, permanent termination of the account, and referral to law enforcement. There is no warning, no strike system and no appeal on the first instance.
1. Our commitment
HeStylz is a fashion shopping platform for adults. It carries user-generated content — product reviews and photographs, live-stream video, and live chat — and we take responsibility for keeping every one of those surfaces free of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any other form of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
HeStylz Retail Private Limited complies with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, together with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
2. Strictly prohibited
The following are prohibited anywhere on HeStylz, without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — image, video, drawing, animation or text.
- Any content that sexualises a minor, including suggestive posing, framing or commentary about a minor's body.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes, or attempting to move a conversation with a minor off-platform.
- Sextortion, or the solicitation, generation or trading of sexual content involving minors.
- Trafficking of minors, or advertising, promoting or facilitating it.
- Sexualised commentary directed at a minor appearing in any content on the platform.
- Links, references or codes pointing to CSAM hosted anywhere else.
- Content produced by any means, including AI-generated or synthetic material, that depicts a minor in a sexualised way.
3. Age requirement
HeStylz accounts are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register, place an order or post any content, including hosting a live stream.
We do not knowingly permit minors to hold an account. Where we identify an account held by a minor, we disable it and delete the associated data. If you believe a minor is using HeStylz, report it to gmb.hestylz@gmail.com.
4. How we prevent it
- Automated image moderation. Images uploaded to the platform pass through automated moderation before they are shown to other users.
- Live moderation. Hosts have moderation controls during a broadcast, and HeStylz staff can end a stream and remove its recording at any time.
- In-product reporting. Every stream, chat message and review carries a report control, available to every user.
- Human review. Reports involving a child are treated as the highest priority and escalated to a trained reviewer immediately.
- Enforcement history. Terminated accounts are recorded so that a banned user cannot simply re-register.
- Staff obligation. Anyone at HeStylz who encounters suspected CSAE is required to escalate it to our child safety contact immediately.
5. How to report
If you see anything on HeStylz that endangers or sexualises a child, report it. Reports are confidential.
- In a live stream — open the stream menu, tap Report, and choose the child safety reason.
- On a chat message — long-press the message and tap Report.
- On a review or photograph — use the report control on the review.
- By email, at any time — gmb.hestylz@gmail.com with the subject
URGENT child safety report. Include links, usernames, screenshots or anything else that identifies the content.
If a child is in immediate danger
Contact the police on 112, or India's national child helpline CHILDLINE 1098, before or alongside reporting to us. We can remove content; only the authorities can intervene in person.
6. How we respond
- Immediately — the reported content is made inaccessible pending review, and a live broadcast is ended.
- Within hours — a trained reviewer assesses the report as the highest priority in the queue.
- On confirmation — the content is permanently removed, the account and every account linked to it is terminated, and evidence is preserved for the authorities.
- Referral — the matter is reported to law enforcement and to the relevant child protection authorities, as required by law.
- Follow-up — where you gave us contact details and it is lawful to do so, we confirm to you that the report was actioned.
7. Legal reporting & cooperation
We report confirmed CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and child protection bodies, preserve the associated evidence and account records for the period they require, and cooperate fully with lawful investigations and requests for information. We do not require a court order to remove content that endangers a child.
